L’Union Africaine des Télécommunications est la principale Institution de l’Union Africaine (UA) qui œuvre pour le développement et la promotion des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC) sur le continent. Elle compte aujourd’hui 46 Etats Membres et 17 Membres Associés. Son siège est à Nairobi au Kenya.
