Title: 1st African Group Preparatory meeting for World Telecommunications Standardization Assembly (WTSA-12) and World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT-12)

Brief Description:

The meeting hopes to receive summary reports of the ITU Council Working Group of the WCIT-12, share national and sub-regional experiences based on the WCIT-12 and WTSA-12 agenda items. Other regional telecommunications organizations as well as RECs will also share their input to the WCIT-12. It will also develop preliminary African Common Proposals/Positions and views and the necessary coordination procedures and arrangements for activities during WCIT-2 and WTSA-12.
