AFRALTI
AFRALTI is an institution which has been set up to give opportunities
for staff at high technical and managerial positions. We
offer advanced level specialized training in aspects of Telecommunications
network operations and management, Information Systems, Digital
Technology and General telecommunications business management.
AFRALTI teaching staff are regional experts and consultants
some of whom are provided on secondment from national telecommunications
organizations of the Member States and short term regional experts.
